Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VVnT SeQuor (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
What you choose to share with us when you use our contact form, email us, or download one of our free compliance checklists. For a checklist download, this is your name, work email, company and role.
We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type) — see the Cookie notice below.
How we use it
Contact-form and email enquiries: solely to respond and discuss a potential engagement.
Checklist downloads: to send the checklist you requested, and — unless you opt out — a short follow-up email sequence (typically four emails over about two weeks) related to the checklist topic and our relevant service. Each follow-up email is sent from sales@vvntsequor.in and tells you how to stop receiving it.
In neither case do we sell personal data, share it with third parties for their own marketing, or use it for advertising.
Where it’s stored and who processes it
Checklist requests are logged in a Google Sheet accessible only to our team, and follow-up emails are sent through our own Microsoft 365 mailbox. We don’t use a third-party marketing or email-automation platform for this.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship. Checklist-download records are kept for as long as you remain in the follow-up sequence or on our records as a prospective contact, and deleted on request (see Your rights) or when no longer needed.
Your rights, including opting out
Every checklist follow-up email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that removes you from that sequence immediately. You can also stop these emails at any time by emailing CXO@vvntsequor.in with "unsubscribe". You may also ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time at the same address.
Cookie notice
This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site usage. It does not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell the data Google Analytics collects. You can block these cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google’s browser add-on (opens in a new tab).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
